Rules

1. Rank is lifetime verified spend. It never resets.
2. All payments are final. No refunds.
3. Rank reflects the amount paid excluding tax.
4. Minimum payment is $1.
5. A listing does not appear on the board until its first payment clears. Until then anyone can take the handle, including you.
6. Handles are lowercase, 2 to 20 characters, letters, numbers, and underscore only.
7. Links are optional, https only, and no adult content. A link that breaks this is removed without refund.
8. The current #1 may set a throne message. Messages containing slurs, doxxing, or illegal content are removed without refund.
9. We may remove any listing that breaks these rules. Money is not returned. Read rule 2 again.
10. Email is used only for ownership and overtake notifications. It is never displayed.
11. The manage link is the only way to edit a listing.
12. A listing is unclaimed until the account holder verifies it. Unclaimed listings show no link and no message.
13. To claim a listing, post the code we give you publicly from that account and send us the link. We check by hand.
14. Claiming is free.
15. When a listing is claimed, any previously issued manage link stops working.
16. We remove listings impersonating someone on request. Money is not returned.
17. Anyone may put money on a public handle that is not yet claimed. That money ranks immediately. The target may claim it for free.
18. You can remove any name someone has attached to your listing. Their money still counts.
19. An unclaimed listing states only what people have paid. It never claims the person is rich, wealthy, or broke.
20. Unclaimed listings show no outbound link and no throne message.
21. Any person may ask to have a listing bearing their name removed. It will be removed without refund to whoever paid.
22. A flagged listing is hidden from every board and page while the row is kept. Money is not returned.
23. A duel is between two claimed listings and lasts 24 hours. Whoever adds more wins. A tie goes to the defender. If the person challenged adds nothing, the duel is void: no contest, kept on the public record, counted nowhere as a win or loss. All duel money is ordinary rank money and is not returned.
24. Duels are settled ten minutes after the clock ends, so a slow payment still counts. A very slow one does not.
25. Outbound link clicks are counted and shown publicly. We record only that a click happened and when.
26. Country is self-declared. We never infer it from your IP or location.
27. We use privacy-friendly analytics. No session recording, no cookies for tracking.
